Toshiba Regza AT300: First Android tablet made by Toshiba - Toshiba has now entered into the Android market with the launch of a new devicemeasuring 10.1-inch tablet, which have been published at CES last January. Device was named the Toshiba Regza Tablet AT300, AT300 or called, where it displays already support the feature "Resolution + bright light reflecting contrast", along with a resolution of1280 × 800 pixels, 1GB RAM with 16GB of internal memory. I actually did not like the look of its back cover. But it is still, after all, a good tablet
