The way you have praised skype, it looks like a paid article. My experience with Skype has not been very good. Video quality with skype was very poor. Once I came to know my account was hacked. I got so much noise with Skype calls. The fact is skype has not been able to provide voice quality and other features like Vonage, Axvoice, Ooma etc.
Skype has been the leader in its industry for quite some time now.
